Description Kelly Services is hiring for several roles at a manufacturing facility in North Austin!

The company builds fuel pumps. We're hiring for general warehouse workers picking orders, assembly and production workers, and forklift drivers.

Prior assembly/production or warehouse work preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED!

***Looking to conduct immediate interviews and facility tours***

**Day Shift / First Shift** , Monday-Friday. Most start times are 7:30AM or 8:00AM. Overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Average shift is 10-12 hours per day
Long term contract/Temp to Hire
Pay: $12/hour plus time and half for OT after 40, Paid weekly.

Forklift roles pay up to $14 an hour depending on experience.

Bus stop located right in front of facility


**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Lifting up to 35lbs., standing, and walking.
• Working efficiently from standard procedures and specifications.
• Assemble parts in accordance to drawings.
• Inspect final products
• Utilize various hand tools necessary to perform the duties of the position.
• Adherence to prescribed safety/quality rules and regulations.
• Good problem solving ability.
• Self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Candidate must be flexible and capable of handling multi-task operations and attention to detail is must.
• Demonstrate the ability to use the appropriate equipment, tools and machines in order to complete assigned tasks
• Demonstrate the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Inspect parts according to quality standards
• Responsible for inventory control of parts in assigned work area.

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS /EXPERIENCE NEEDED:**

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma GED required.
• Previous warehouse or assembly experience within the last 12 months preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment, lifting 35lbs.
