**Assembly job summary**

Currently seeking experienced assembly operators for a medical manufacturing operations warehouse in Covington Georgia. In this position you will be responsible for packaging and assembly of medical products under direct supervision. You should be a dedicated individual who always shows up for work on time and who thrives in a team-oriented environment. Successful candidates will have some basic knowledge and experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with at least 6 months of experience.

**Assembler responsibilities and duties**

The following duties and responsibilities are intended to be representative of the work performed by the incumbent(s) in this position and are not all-inclusive. The omission of a specific duty or responsibility will not preclude it from the position.


+ Adheres to GMP, safety, personnel and departmental policies as set forth by Standard Operating Procedures and personnel Manual.
+ Assembles, packages, inspects and inventories all products and/or components as prescribed by the supervisor per operation Process Specifications.
+ Maintains and accurately records all pertinent information necessary on time sheets, control forms, move tickets, etc.
+ Reports any unusual occurrences that may affect the quality, form, fit or function of any products and/or components associated with the Production Department.
+ Assures that all cleaning and/or sanitizing of the workstation have been performed prior to production start-up.
+ Maintains efficiency levels as defined by Industrial Engineering Standards.
+ Maintains product/component segregation.
+ Performs other related duties as required or requested by Production Management.
+ Attends training sessions as directed.
+ Helps train other production operators as directed.
+ Conforms to new processes and procedures as directed.

+ Ability to effectively communicate
+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment
+ Ability to work well with other employees as you work in close proximity to others.
+ Ability to complete basic math calculations.
The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee is often required to stand, reach with hands and arms, and lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

**Qualifications**

·Minimum of High school diploma/GED required

·Previous experience working in a Warehouse environment

·Must have reliable Transportation

·Must be at least 18 years

**Shifts, Hours and Pay**


+ 1st shift $10 per hour
+ Must be flexible and willing to work some additional overtime
