**Title:** Identity & Access Administrator

**Job Description:**


Designs, develops, implements, and supports the components of complex identity based systems in the areas of identity and access management, directory services, workflow, security, provisioning and compliance. Develops viable and efficient technology solutions to complex business needs according to customer requirements.

**Educational Requirements:**

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field preferred **(not required)** .

**Requirements:**


· Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience

**Qualifications:**

This role within our team must be able to demonstrate the following technical, functional, leadership and business core competencies, including experience in the following disciplines:


+ Microsoft Active Directory
+ Unix/Linux and Windows Operating systems
+ Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
+ Experience with SSO technology and SAML 2.0 federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SecureAuth experience a plus
+ Experience with privileged access management (PAM) technology (Lieberman preferred)
+ Information Security experience, certification, or a high level of Information Security Awareness
+ Possess ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users and solution for those issues long-term
+ Ability to clearly communicate to key stakeholders including internal/external audit teams
+ Preferred experience working with vendor teams to provide support and systems integration
+ Microsoft certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) is a plus
+ Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM is a plus

**Requirements:**
· Develop, plan, execute the strategic goals of Identity and Access Management and Information Security

· Act as technical SME in the areas of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Management (IDM)

· Provide technical expertise to maintain environments and troubleshoot issues

· Act as a liaison between the business partner and vendor technical contacts

· Ability to clearly communicate to key stakeholders including internal/external audit teams

· Work with team members to implement process improvement initiatives

· Will be required to work off-hours (outside of 8–5 work day) and work weekends to support operational issues when they arise
