Kelly Services is looking for an Account Coordinator to be working in the Corporate Marketing group at Western Digital in Irvine, CA. This position requires 3-5 years of experience and will start as a temporary position - with the possibility of going direct.

Account Coordinator - Corporate Marketing

Description

As an Account Coordinator for the Corporate Marketing Department you will work across multiple groups, and have a successful record of building strong working relationships both internally and externally. You are responsible for planning, organizing, prioritizing, and advancing vendor contracts in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will also work with global localization Manager to maintain financial updates, track spend and generate reporting as needed. We are looking for someone who self-directs, is resourceful, shares knowledge and has a good sense of humor and is genuinely excited to be part of our transformation.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

- Initiate and follow contracts through the RFP and Procurement cycles

- Develop medium-complex plans via the vendor contract software in varying platforms

- Develop, maintain, and distribute status and other reporting documents to communicate risks, contingency plans, roadblocks, and resource constraints to internal and external stakeholders

- Maintain financial updates for all localization projects including purchase orders, invoicing and payment tracking

- Ability to provide -back up- to direct report as needed

- Plan, organize, prioritize, and execute tasks calmly in an ever-changing, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment

- Report regularly and efficiently the status of all contracts

- Follow best practices, processes, and tools to ensure project execution at the highest level.

- Self-Directed - Receives little or no instruction on day-to-day work

- The role is an individual contributor position and some travel may be required

**Requirements**

Qualifications

- Bachelor- s Degree preferred

- 5+ years- experience in an Administrative role

- Experience managing multiple accounts

- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills

- High degree of confidentiality required

- Proactive and organized with a high attention to detail

- Demonstrates advanced proficiency by quickly adapting to new technology and easily acquiring new technical skills

- Exhibits sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction

- Ability to anticipate needs as well as foresee and prevent problems by being pro-active and taking action

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Motivated to work in a fast-pace environment and ability to prioritize proactively, with a sense of urgency

- History of creative problem solving skills, with the ability to work well collaboratively and under pressure

- Experience creating and/or supporting presentation development for senior management

- Strong proficiency in MS office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
