Kelly Services is seeking qualified candidates for **Sales Managers** ! This a **direct hire position** , working with one of our automotive clients in **the San Antonio, TX area.** You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement of OnStar and Connected Services throughout a designated region of non-GM Franchised businesses such as independent automotive dealerships, auto body shops, service centers, car washes, etc. Seeking a candidate with a strong sales and account management background. Automotive background preferred. MUST be fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).



**OnStar Account Manager** - **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**




+ Ability to travel 90% percent throughout the week; primarily day trips but including some overnight stays (approximately 2-3 overnights/month).

+ Promote and increase Services Product awareness and sales by directly engaging with the Dealership network.

+ Initiate Dealer interactions, meetings, trainings, promotions and sales contest product throughout assigned territory.

+ Establish effective relationships with the Automobile Dealer network within assigned territory.

+ Initiate and conduct training calls with dealership personnel on the portfolio of products, services and the proper delivery process.

+ Resolve all dealer-customer satisfaction issues through appropriate channels.

+ Analyze and interpret sales and performance reports and determine the best course of action to improve dealer performance and profitability.

+ Ask probing questions to identify root cause of dealer performance issues.

+ Influence dealers to install or modify a dealership processes to improve performance and dealership profitability, or to correct performance issues.

+ Use of SalesForce.com as the CRM (software tool) to log daily activity and dealer communication.





**REQUIRED SKILLS:**




+ Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak)

+ Familiarity with new and or pre-owned vehicle dealership operations is a plus!

+ Proven sales success in previous positions

+ Willingness to work hours required to be effective in assigned territory

+ Computer skills with proficiency on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

+ Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Proper use of language, grammar, and diction

+ Ability to travel 90% of the time

+ Bachelors Degree
