Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a **Rental Management Specialist** for a long-term engagement at one of our global aerospace clients in Bridgeport, WV. _This role is a full-time, fully benefited position._ As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. Youll also be eligible for paid time off, including holidays, vacation and sick time. All KellyOCG employees receive annual performance reviews.

Shift: 1st

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm*

Occasional overtime (weekend/on-call coverage) required

Job Summary:

As a Rental Management Specialist, you will be an integral part of a team that is responsible for all aspects of customer account management while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. You will provide end-to-end customer support for rental leasing and asset management of aircraft engines for one of the world's leading engine manufacturers. Thorough on the job training will be provided.

In a typical day you will:

- Provide complete customer management of rental engine leases, from initial inquiry through to return of the rental asset.

- Provide proactive and expedited support of urgent Aircraft on Ground (AoG) rental engine requests, including afterhours AOG support.

- Coordinate and proactively manage rental pool availability through active participation in asset deployment and asset management processes.

- Support the return management process for rental assets in conjunction with the logistics team.

- Support the organization in driving customer debt collection activities, rental engine recovery initiatives, and customer dispute resolution.

- Support continuous improvement activities such as detailing and documenting work processes and participating in projects aimed at improving service levels, operational efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.

- Drive informed sales and rental planning decisions based on analysis and modeling.

- Monthly collection of engine utilization hours, invoice generation and tracking of engine inventory.

- Align customer asset requirements with company maintenance expenditures and new engine purchase requirements.

- Ensure all KPIs are attained, including on-time delivery and customer satisfaction measures.


- Professional communication and organizational skills.

- Must be self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and balance workload and plan ahead to ensure deadlines/goals are met.

- Able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Must possess a customer first mindset toward both the client and their customers, always exhibiting the highest level of customer service.

- Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years' experience or Master's degree with 2-5 years' experience.

- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as MS Dynamics or SalesForce is required.

- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc. is strongly preferred.

- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, particularly with Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Must maintain an excellent attendance record.
