Description Kelly Services is seeking an **Account Resolution Supervisor** for a logistics company located in North Richland Hills, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity.

**Summary:**

Supervise the account resolution analyst, account audits, root cause, resolution team. Responsible for department compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, carrier and customer contracts and policies. Monitor and analyze billing and audit issues to reduce corrections and revenue impacts. Supervise the Account Resolution Analyst team supporting the Customer Onboarding department. Oversee projects and initiatives managed and driven by Customer Onboarding.

**Essential Functions:**


+ Supervise, coach, and provide direction to 10 to 12 account resolution analysts
+ Define and manage the requirements for the team to ensure root cause resolution is being addressed on repeat correction trends
+ Monitor daily workflow to ensure efficient, timely, thorough and accurate invoice auditing and processing, exception invoice resolution
+ Collaborate with internal and external parties to address and resolve corrections issues.
+ Lead and coordinate the activities and workflow of staff.
+ Develop direct reports to increase the bench strength and flexibility of the team. Ensure that employees receive appropriate training and resources to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.
+ Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of all staff of company goals and objectives and compliance to all applicable employment policies.
+ Responsible for employee hiring, termination, coaching, mentoring, development, performance appraisals and compensation evaluation, coordinate delivery of service awards and celebrations.
+ Collaborate with all departments operations, IT, billing, coding, sales on the development and implementation of new systems/system enhancements supporting the freight payment and audit processes.
+ Recommend, evaluate and implement process improvement strategies
**Scope and Accountability:**


+ Occasionally, incumbent's decisions and actions moderately impact the company's revenue or operations. Decisions and actions may have a strong impact on reputation, and/or customer satisfaction.
+ Incumbent makes some independent decisions, but actions are guided by clearly-stated standards, parameters and processes. Incumbent performs work under normal-level of supervision.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**


+ Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years equivalent work experience
+ 2 plus years of experience supervising a professional staff preferred
+ System knowledge should include strong Microsoft Office Suite
+ Advanced MS Excel (skill assessment will be administered)
+ Strong communication skills (oral and written); communicate effectively with support peers, end users, and all levels of corporate management.
+ Strong interpersonal skills; participate in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
+ Strong project management skills; time management skills; multi-task and prioritize workloads; demonstrated analytical capabilities; effectively identify and resolve problems in high visibility, high stress situations.
+ Basic knowledge of carrier contracts and rate structures, and accounts payable/receivable practices
+ Occasionally travel to off-site locations if there is a business need.
