Account Service Representative/Topeka, KS


Kelly Services is currently seeking an Account Service Representative for one of our top clients in Topeka, KS.


As an Account Service Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will serve as an integral member of our clients Service department. Candidates will be responsible for providing customer service on financial accounts, life insurance and annuities. Pay is $15.50/hr. This position is temp to hire.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5PM


Job Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and provide customer service

Set up financial accounts and answer questions regarding life insurance, annuities, etc.

Assist with other duties, as assigned

Data entry


Requirements:

Previous call center is a plus, not required

Customer service oriented

Good computer skills, tech savvy

Need to be reliable and dependable

Have good credit

Be able to provide proof of 7 years employment and education
