The Account Talent Manager is accountable for the financial and operational success of our Kelly On-Site Solution. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in strong account management, business development, business retention; strategic service delivery, strong recruiting/retention, and expense management.

**Requirements**

Desirable qualifications and experience of the ideal candidate:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent, and will possess 2 to 4 years successful proven recruitment, business operations and people management experience in the service industry.

- The key leadership traits for the Kelly On-Site Talent Account Manager are: demonstrated excellent Relationships and Communication skills, ability to collaborate and team with all levels of employees and customers; strategic planning ability to anticipate changing business conditions and take the appropriate action; demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
