Kelly Financial Services has partnered with a stable and growing manufacturing company, that is currently seeking an Accountant to join their team. This person will be responsible for day to day accounting functions, includung Accounts Payable, Month End and Intercompany Reconciliation.



**Essential Duties:**




+ Perform all aspects of the AP function by matching purchase orders to invoices and entering the invoices into SAP

+ Create manual invoices and follow up with customers on the past due invoices as necessary

+ Weekly Process payment run, print checks and mail out. Send out the remittance detail to vendors

+ Post all incoming /outgoing cash daily basis

+ Respond to all vendor inquiries: ex)credit application, W-9

+ Maintain vendor aging report



**Desired Experience:**




+ Associates or higher in Accounting or similar field

+ 2-3 years experience in Accounting

+ SAP FI Module experience (preferred)

+ MS Excel proficient
