Kelly Services is seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant to support one of it's clients accounting department in Victoria TX. As a Accounting Administrative Assistant placed with Kelly Services you be responsible for


**Duties/Responsibilities**


+ Provides admin support to the Operation supervisor.

+ Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.

+ Order office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.

+ Responsible for Shipping and Receiving of materials. Unloading trucks that drop of materials/equipment at the shop.

+ Backup to the safety admin for Victoria office. Responsible for customer badge request and safety council when needed.

+ Coordinates and schedule meetings and in house training for technicians if needed and order food.

+ Calling/emailing vendors to get quotes for materials for the job and create Purchase Orders.

+ Create and Manage Job folders for the Accounts Receivable department.

+ Manage 3 rd party sites. This includes updating man-hours, equipment, materials.

+ Responsible for tracking down customer timesheets and receipts from Technicians for the Victoria office

+ Performs other related duties as assigned.


**Required Skills/Abilities**


+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.

+ Ability to work independently.


Education/Experience


+ Min of 2 years in similar role

+ Associates Degree or higher

+ Basic Accounting Knowledge
