Description Kelly Finance is seeking an Accounting Clerk located in the Elgin area. This is a contract to hire opportunity with the chance of going permanent after 30 days. This person can work remote and will be only 10-15 hours a week. This might be a great opportunity for someone who already has a full time or part time job and is looking for additional work.

**Job Responsibilities:**


+ Most bills are online, but for the rare physical invoice, enter invoices and scan for Autotask.
+ 6 months to a year of AP and AR experience
**A/R Aging:**

+ Follow up emails and follow up calls
+ Build up knowledge repository of A/R contacts
+ Bank deposits
+ Invoicing
+ Deferred revenue
+ Bank reconciliation
+ Create EOM reports
+ P&L (accrual)
+ Balance Sheet (accrual)
+ Budget versus actual
+ PTO report (from payroll spreadsheet)
+ Update Cumulative report (BS and P&L)
+ Update COGS report (created from sales report in QB)
+ A/R Aging report
**Pay Rate:** 16-18/hr
