Description Accounting Clerk II - HOW YOU LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Participate in global financial statement close processes in line with the monthly close schedule Participate in accounting functions as follows: a. Maintain monthly fixed asset additions, disposals and corresponding depreciation. Prepare related fixed asset roll forward schedule b. Monitor cash activity during the month and ensure that transactions are flowing through the proper channels. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation c. Maintain monthly prepaid schedule as well as corresponding amortization Assist the global finance team with analysis and accounting-related activities Participate in implementations/upgrades of financial systems and processes Assist in design and implementation of internal controls WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN Ideal candidate has Bachelor s degree in Accounting A minimum of 3 years financial and accounting experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
