**Kelly Services is currently partnering with our Real Estate/Property Management customer in Southfield, seeking a candidate to fill a newly created position. In business over 25 years, they are seeking someone to help with both accounting and administrative duties listed below.**


**Daily Duties:**


+ Answer and address all incoming calls and correspondence, forward appropriate calls, or correspondence to other staff as necessary.

+ Sort and distribute mail, organize incoming communications, and redirect consistent with defined regular practice. Draft written responses or replies by phone or email when necessary.

+ Manage office events

+ Coordinate mailing (UPS, USPS).

+ Order and manage office supplies; manage all office equipment.

+ Be the point person for all office vendors, consultants, contractors and building maintenance such as copier, shredding and landlord.

+ Administration of employee benefits.

+ Handle bank deposits as needed.

+ Process all vendor invoices for approval, proper coding, and payment for weekly check processing. Also, scan and save all invoices and checks.

+ Prepare bank reconciliations.

+ Credit card expense allocations.

+ Prepare tax filings including 1099s and corporate personal property tax return.

+ Assist with property tax administration including preparation of PILOT tax computations, escrow analysis, monitoring of personal property tax return filings for the properties and payment of real estate taxes by the State for senior exempt properties.

+ Assemble invoices and other information required for cost certifications as needed.

+ Prepare monthly construction draws as needed for any properties under rehab.

+ Assemble and review lender/investor reporting packages including the facilitation of signatures as needed.

+ Download and save financial reports from various sources.


**Requirements:**


+ Accounting experience

+ Real estate/title company industry, a plus

+ QuickBooks experience, a plus

+ Attention to detail

+ Comfortable with administrative duties
