Description Kelly Financial Resources is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist is needed immediately for a company located in Thousand Oaks. A minimum of two years experience performing accounts receivable functions is required, as well as a background heavy in billing, no collections. The _Accounts Receivable Specialist_ will be responsible for processing payments, reviewing account data for accuracy, handling billing, and maintaining vendor contact.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**


+ Handle billing for small and large vendors
+ Review data in Excel and ensure accuracy in system
+ Maintain vendor account relations
+ Process account payments
+ Assist with closing periods as needed
**QUALIFICATIONS**


+ High school diploma
+ Minimum two years experience performing accounts receivable
+ Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
