Kelly Services is seeking talented Receptionist candidates for our Tech client in San Jose, CA! This is a long term, potentially, Temp to Hire opportunity for outstanding candidates! In this position, successful candidates will be partnering with the Facilities Manager and HR.

Pay Rate: $23.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday Friday; 7:30a 4:00p.


+ Sanitizer, gloves, goggles and masks are provided to the screener.

+ Employees will be entering through main lobby doors.

+ 6 ft spacing social distancing markers on the floor.

+ Daily headcount is ranging 35-45 people per 8-hour business day.


+ Checking in Guests:

+ Scanner/reception will monitor lobby.

+ Scan temperatures, check names against an approved list.

+ Scanner will provide a mask if the worker or visitor if not wearing one prior to approaching them to scan their temperature.

+ Scanner will ask worker/visitor to sanitize hands prior to opening interior lobby doors.

+ Issue badges to guests/visitors and later retrieve badges from guests/visitors.

+ Data Entry and Word Processing.

+ Checking in UPS/FedEx Packages and Mail.

+ Answering Phones.

+ Re-Directing Phone calls to appropriate contacts.

+ Emailing COVID information to returning employees and guests/visitors per the direction of the HR department.

+ Additional duties, as requested.


+ High School Diploma or higher

+ Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office 365 products (Including: Outlook, Outlook Calendar and Excel)

+ Excellent communication/organizations skills.
