Our client a Real Estate/Property Management Company seeks a friendly, organized and helpful Property Management Admin / Assistant.



MUST speak fluent Spanish to attend to customers/residents



Answer calls and emails from the Board, residents, staff, and vendors



Greeting people in the office



Assist property managers with setting up appointments, changing addresses, calling vendors about invoices, contacting clients, etc.



Receive and screen incoming telephone calls, initial reports of maintenance deficiencies and other homeowner requests.,



Prepare and distribute notices to property residents



Maintain building files and ability to keep accurate records



Reconcile and enter building



Assist with property transitions



General administrative knowledge





**Skills**



Must type well with knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook email)



Write very well, good grammar and spelling



Speak very well, have a friendly and helpful demeanor. Must care about helping people even if that person is disagreeable.



Be able to handle clients personalities and find solutions for them



Work 9am-5pm Monday - Friday



HELPFUL IF YOU HAVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (2 years or more a plus)







Education: GED or HS Diploma
