**Human Resources Assisant/Temporary Administrative Coordinator Kearny, NJ $25an hour**

Our client is looking for a Human Resources Assistant in Kearney New JerseyThis position will be supporting to the facility Manager and the Management Team as follows:

**Essential Functions:**

+ Support all Safety Programs in the plant and prepare and submit reports including: monthly safety summary, near misses, JHA, Stop Works, etc. and updates the information in the EHS system.

+ As member of the Safety Committee and Champion for Safety Pillar in the plant, leads safety assessments and preventive/corrective actions in all areas in the plant. o Update process map hours worked and number of employees, submits reports..

+ o Support Administer the local uniform program and office cleaning procedures

+ Support as point of contact for temporary staffing contractor

+ Support in organizing and executing Local events o Follow up and address local employee and HR issues and escalate to the Regional HR Manager or to whom correspond at Corp level.

+ Responsible for local ADP and E-Time training

+ Input new hire, termination, transfer and status change information into the HR Documentation Database o Monitor Kearny attendance policy

+ Work and interact with people on the floor in different areas across the plant

+ Coordinates with HR Corp all the topics related o Support managers in minor administrative work when required o

+ Coordinate visitors logistics and agenda o

+ Coordinate and support all the activities related to Training and keep record of them. o

+ Support management meetings keeping minutes, reports and presentations available, updated and filed accordingly o Handle and update the communication boards in the plant o Support the plant Manager in his work agenda and administrative work o

+ In charge of maintaining the service in the cafeteria Building o

**Skill/Experience Requirements:**

+ Associate s degree or related experience 1-2 year related experience

+ Safety background experience is a most

+ Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks

+ Able to work in different and restricted manufacturing environments in the plant

+ Proficient computer skills Excel, PP, MS office and outlook

+ Excellent communication skills verbal and written with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

+ Excellent proactive attitude

+ Ability to type and complete data entry

**Work Schedule: Monday Friday / 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.**
