_Kelly Services is now looking for a motivated and focused Office Manager / Finance Assistant for a client located in Millburn, NJ This individual will be responsible for office operations. Ensuring kitchen and office supplies are maintained; looking after reception and answering the phones; organizing catering and events as required; booking travel; facilities management; accounts payable and receivable; managing outsourced payroll; employee benefits; bank reconciliations and other tasks as required._



_This position can be Temp-Hire for the right person!_



_Title: Office Manager / Finance Assistant_



_Location: Millburn, NJ_



_Monday-Friday 9am-5pm_



_Pay Rate: $25/hour_



_Terms of Employment: Temp-Hire_





_Key Responsibilities:_




+ _Welcoming visitors, organizing couriers and taxis, sorting and distributing incoming mail and faxes, manage meeting room bookings and facilities (including catering requirements), daily kitchen and office tidy up._

+ _Order supplies for kitchen and stationery as required. Arrange contractors for any building repairs required._

+ _Updating weekly cash forecast, accounts payable and receivable, monthly bank reconciliations in Xero_

+ _Liaise with external payroll company to ensure fortnightly payroll is processed correctly_

+ _Assist Client Service team with setting up projects and client invoicing_

+ _Responsible for ensuring that all new employees follow correct induction process as per SOPs. Ensure all leavers complete appropriate exit forms._

+ _Make flight and hotel booking as requested, following correct approval process. Prepare travel itineraries as requested._

+ _Ensure archiving records are complete and document retention policy is clear and understood by all staff._



_Requirements:_




+ _2+ Years of experience in financial administration and bookkeeping_

+ _Experience in a service-based SME_

+ _Strong PC-literacy and Microsoft Office skills_

+ _Clear written and spoken English_

+ _Experience with accounting systems, preferably Xero_

+ _An eye for detail and keeping things neat and tidy_

+ _A desire to constantly improve things_
