**Job Description**

Administrative Assistant with Accounting background needed asap for a two month + opening in the Albany area. $18.00 / hr

Experience with timekeeping and attention to detail required.

The position-s duties include, but are not limited to, managing invoicing functions from collection of timesheets to submission of invoices to clients.

The ideal candidate is:

- Detail-oriented

- Organized

- Excited to learn new things

- Not intimidated by a fast-paced work environment

- Open to assisting the team on new tasks when needed


- Collecting timesheets from resources, following up for missing timesheets with increasing urgency as deadlines approach.

- Reviewing timesheets for accuracy and missing information. Reaching out to the resource for any clarification needed.

- Uploading timesheets into Financial System

- Using timesheets to generate monthly invoices and submit invoices to various clients.

- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations

- Scan documents and print files, when needed

- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files

- Comply with data integrity and security policies

- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions



- Proficiency in of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Strict attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to compose correspondence and reports

- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Knowledge or willingness to learn new computer programs

- Must possess the skills necessary to deliver exemplary customer service

- Bachelor-s Degree
