Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant in Elmhurst, IL.

**Job details:**


$20/hr.


Hours are 9am - 5pm


**Job duties:**


Administrative position will be assisting the Project Manager in the planning and execution of a portfolio of ATM, smart safe, recycler, and other financial transacting devices associated projects on time and on budget. The primary role is to monitor and provide support of projects Also responsible for assisting the Project Teams daily coordination with outside vendors as well as internal resources as needed.


**Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:**


+ Provide administrative support as needed and completing project tasks as required.

+ Answers external customer calls/emails regarding product support and service needs.

+ Assistance in Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

+ Attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.

+ Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

+ Helps to determine project risks and issues and help provide solution.

+ Serves as customer operations contact for assigned projects.

+ Coordinate with field operations on project scheduling to ensure project time management requirements are met

+ Manage administrative tasks to include equipment procurement and tracking, contractor work orders, and schedule adherence.

+ Deliver clear and timely communications to leadership, internal team members, and external customers on project status or concerns

+ Creates appropriate service tickets.

+ Determines appropriate technician assignment and reassigns service calls as necessary.

+ Document information in appropriate databases and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate person/group.

+ Relays essential information to co-workers and other departments as warranted.

+ Reads emails and procedural updates to stay current on procedures.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.


**Skills needed:**


+ Microsoft experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

+ Knowledge of project management principles and tools is helpful not required.

+ Proficient in entering and researching information in database
