**Job Description**

Kelly Services is currently looking for an Admin/Office Assistant for a Temp to Hire role in Burlington, MA

Primary Responsibility of this position will be to assist the office manager by:

- Answering and directing calls

- Greeting customers & clients

- Maintaining client database

- Assisting in processing contracts

- Supporting the finance department with reports and data entry/processing

- General admin support as needed


- Strong computer skills: including working knowledge of MS Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Filing and data entry

- Experience using Quick-books is a plus
