**Job Description**


We are currently looking to hire two Administrative Assistants to fulfill the following duties-


Responsibilities:

-Answer all incoming calls and make out-going calls

-Take request for refill orders, out on pass, patient discharge orders, and other special deliveries

-Basic computer data entry and MS. Office skills

-Clarify prescription orders

-Obtain patient information for pharmacy data base

-Transfer calls to Supervisor when necessary

-Conduct daily check-in calls

-Demonstrate a positive approach to work

-Show a personal commitment to the successful performance of the company

-Be self-motivated and follow through without prompting

-Performs other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

Education Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

-Desired: 1- 2 years of working customer service in office environment

-Able to work with deadlines

-Ability to work effectively in a team environment

-Good communion skills

-Able to Multitask

-Be dedicated with a strong work ethic

-Organized and detailed oriented

-Ability work in a fact paced environment

Skills/Knowledge:


Required:

-Demonstrated ability to do job

-Must be able to read, write and speak the English language

-Computer knowledge


Hours:

Monday 10:00am - 6:00pm

Tuesday 10:00am - 6:00pm

Wednesday 10:00am - 6:00pm

Thursday 2:00pm - 10:00pm

& One weekend per month will be required
