Office Clerk needed for full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in beautiful downtown Bradenton, only minutes away from all the local restaurants and Riverwalk. Company offers stability, room for growth and a great benefit package once hired perm!

Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. (one hour lunch)

Payrate: $18.00/hr.

+ Administrative responsibilities

+ Receive, format and process excel files from clients and upload into company's billing system

+ Research for errors

+ Customer service work

+ Strong MS office especially excel (ability to understand Pivot Tables in Excel)

+ Understanding insurance related operations.

+ Prior experience/knowledge of PEO is a plus but not a requirement (training will be in place)


+ Compile, disseminate and upload insureds payroll data into billing systems

+ Works with insureds and team members to ensure payroll data is presented timely

+ Processes cleanly through our systems and will communicate and document any anomalies or adjustments as required

+ Format files presented by the insured to ensure they will clear through the system.

+ Review uploaded and returned data for errors. Communicate and document on-going errors with Underwriting staff to ensure exposures are acceptable on the insured s program.

+ Compile internal management reports from multiple policy system platforms.

Education and Experience

+ Must have exceptional skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

+ Associate degree or two-year college or technical school or three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Knowledge of MS office products.
