Administrative Assistant / Temp to Hire

Resume is required for position.

Monday - Friday

1st Shift - Temp to Hire

Hourly Pay: $19 Duties and Responsibilities:

- Preparing and correspondence, meeting minutes and maintain files for the General Manager and Vice President.

- Coordinate travel arrangements.

- Gather and distribute branch news.

- Coordinate all meetings.

- Provide relief as necessary for Receptionist.

- Coordinate all of the office and branch supplies.

- Prepare and distribute monthly branch operations.

- Preform typing and filing assignment for branch personnel.

- Answering incoming calls and routing each call to the appropriate party.

- Assist customer as necessary.

- Other administrative duties as required for branch operation to obtain objective.
