Kelly Services is now recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in a sales department for our premier customer in East Granby, CT

Job Description

+ The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support for the Key Account Manager. This position is part-time and will be approximately 20-25 hours per week. Expected to grow into a full time opportunity

+ Will report to the Senior Key Account Manager. Key Responsibilities Data entry into Enterprise Resource Planning ERP software for new and revised sales orders

+ Process quotes into Salesforce database and track to on-time submittal to the Customer

+ Review and monitor sales back log for accuracy and adjust according to the Customers requirements

+ Assist Key Account Manager KAM in following up with intercompany departments to ensure tasks are on schedule

+ Ensures adherence to applicable internal, federal, state and local laws and regulations related to compliance and takes responsibility to ensure ongoing conformity with such rules and regulations

+ Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks

+ General Administrative tasks

Job Requirements

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; Associates degree or relevant certification is a plus

+ High attention to detail and accuracy required

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems required Salesforce experience is highly desired
