Description **Job Description**

A Financial Service Company is seeking an Administrative Account Manager in Orland Park. Representative will primarily be responsible for building customer relationships while maintaining all orders and continue all office administrative duties.

Pay: $50-60K

Shift: 8:30AM-5:30PM

- First point of contact and liaison to client relationships

- Assist customers via phone and email correspondence

- Strong skills in Microsoft Suite, Excel and CRM is mandatory

- Background in Investment, Financial, or Wealth Management would be a plus

- Schedule meetings and prepare paperwork for new accounts

- Processing incoming transfers, facilitate withdrawals from accounts or income requests

- Responsible to maintain and update CRM system and Morningstar Office system
