You will be working a long-term contract opportunity at a top petro chemical client located in **West Houston (Zip Code 77077)**

**_Primary Responsibilities:_**

+ Calendar and time management for multiple leaders. Arrange meetings and conference calls. Discern and prioritize meeting importance with a high level of organization and consideration for the needs of stakeholders within the company.
+ Preparation of presentations, letters and other documents.
+ Planning, executing and managing corporate events and external conferences, including venue booking, vendor management, catering, agenda planning, support for the facilitator, visitor accommodations. Serve as a professional host to guests and stakeholders.
+ Preparing, monitoring and approving expense reports.
+ Make domestic and international travel arrangements and create travel itinerary and trip packets. Assist in processing visas and passports.
+ Maintaining a track record of safety trainings for HDC.
+ Manage Fileshare security access, Manage Distribution Lists, Assist with Sharepoint management.
+ Assist with learning curriculums database.
+ Order and maintain office supplies.
+ Maintain PE Licenses and lists.
+ Assist with on and off boarding of personnel.
+ Assist with collecting and retrieving equipment.
+ Enter facilities work orders.
+ Perform general administrative duties, printer maintenance, filing, etc.
**Required Qualifications:**

+ A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office professional role.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Explorer.
+ Outstanding interpersonal skills. Candidate must be able to work in a global environment and effectively interact with various levels of management.
+ Strong written and verbal communications skills.
+ Can effectively coach others.
+ Able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and must be able to prioritize work to meet internal and external deadlines.
+ Demonstrate strong logical thinking and computational skills.
