Description **Project Coordinator** - North Haven, CT

Kelly Services has an immediate need for a **Project Coordinator** for their client, a leading Medical Device Company located in North Haven, CT

This is a 1 year contract with potential for extension

The pay rate is **$25** /hr

As a key member of the Product Platform & Specialty teams, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting multiple core teams. The candidate will provide support to ensure efficient and effective performance of the team members. The Project Coordinator must be courteous, well organized and enjoy the administrative challenges of working in a matrix organization with diverse people and programs. The position requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize designated activities and tasks. The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive and resourceful, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

**Responsibilities Include:**
• Execute all aspects of vendor purchasing requisitions for project expenditures. Track purchase requisitions and orders against financial reports. Track billing invoices to assist A/P in the accurate and timely payment of invoices. Assist in resolution of financial tracking between various (domestic & overseas) Medtronic locations & third parties;
• Create, process and execute on Professional services agreements (particularly HealthCare Provider (HCP) contracts) for various projects;
• Support department databases, spreadsheets, file management and documents of confidential nature, as required;
• Work independently and proactively on various special projects under general direction of supervisor;
• Coordinate schedule of department guests, visitors, events (ie: tours, meetings, supplies, food);
• Assist in scheduling of offsite meetings (ie: attendees, content, space);
• Coordinates the orientation of new department employees for the group, including assuring that equipment and materials are ordered, appropriate departments are notified, workspace, computer access and hardware are arranged;
• Recommend and develop process and tool improvements
• Duties on projects as assigned

**Must Have: Minimum Qualifications**
• Bachelors degree with one year relevant work experience, or Associate Degree with three years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with five years relevant work experience in business setting.
• Strong organization and planning skills, which includes multi-tasking abilities;
• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to listen effectively to others;
• Aptitude for prioritizing activities and managing multiple complex transactions, projects and initiatives simultaneously;
• Ability to be persistent and to work cross-functionally;
• Collaborative focus- team member skills.
• Ability to generate, proof-read and finalize project documents and to ensure all project documentation requirements are met with minimal supervision;
• Ability to work independently
