Description **Job Description**

Admin asst to sales office. Support Asst. Greet nine field reps (who visit the client-s parts/svc reps). Send out general reports. Admin functions. Need to have proficient Word, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint. M-F, 8:30a-5:00p.

Day-to-day tasks include:

Excel Documents

PowerPoint Documents

Use Clients website to compile reports into readable excel documents

Take care of in & outgoing FedEx and mail

Make Copies/Send Faxes

Call Dealers for information

Transcribe Memos

Send out mass mailings

Handle Hotel and Meeting Reservations

Manage Invoices

Update Reps on correspondence

Maintain lists (Calendar, Dealership information)

Set up conference calls

Maintain office Supplies
