**Job Description:** NOC Supervisor Central Operations Position Summary: The NOC Specialist will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that affect the availability and quality of our customer s security platforms. The NOC Specialist will employ investigative and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex system issues and perform maintenances when required to help ensure the health of our customer s security solutions. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and have very strong technical, communication, and organizational skills within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate, creative, flexible, and have a strong work ethic, and enjoy solving technical issues.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Receive support calls from Stanley Security field technicians and customers and log the incidents into a ticket tracking system

+ Perform remote computer support tasks and follow-up on trouble and service tickets per standard operating procedures to guarantee compliance with established SLA for detection, ticketing, escalation, communication and resolution.

+ Communicate with technicians and customers via email, instant message, and phone Troubleshoot supported systems in real time with remote technicians o Network Video Recorders NVR and video verification systems o Electronic Article Surveillance EAS systems o Physical Access Control Systems Work with hardware/software vendors

+ Report bugs and work with vendor to resolve o Request feature enhancements and work with vendor through production status of request Program and configure Network Video, EAS, and Access Control Systems for new installations

+ Proactively monitor customer systems to identify potential problems

+ Work assigned shifts as required during published business hours 8AM-8PM M-F

+ Work assigned on-call shifts after hours as required Perform other duties as assigned

**Position Qualifications:**

+ Excellent communication skills are a must.

+ Excellent troubleshooting skills are a must.

+ Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting.

+ Must possess the ability to work independently or as a team member and be flexible.

+ Must possess the ability to present himself/herself in a professional manner.

+ Must possess the ability to accomplish goals.

+ Ability to own technical issues and see them through to resolution

+ Ability to take accountability for incidents and supporting the customer and field technicians

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment

+ Experience with standard business software Windows, Microsft Office

+ Experience with 3XLogic and Genetec video is preferred

+ Experience with Sentech EAS is preferred

+ Experience with SAP & AP


+ High school diploma required,

+ Postsecondary Degree in IT related field is preferred but not required.

+ Industry standard IT certification MCSE, CCNA, ITIL is preferred but not required.

+ Prior experience in the security industry Burg, Fire, Video verification, Access Control, EAS, Analytics is preferred
