Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant

Location: Titusville, NJ 08560

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Length of Assignment: 2 years

The Legal Administrative Assistant will: Provide administrative support to four or more Titusville-based attorneys in the Law Department. Members of the Law Department support and advise our business and functional partners on general legal matters and compliance with health care laws, regulations, industry standards and company policies. Upon request by the Law Department, provide Law Department support for service of process for the Titusville site.

This position requires a diverse range of administrative responsibilities and support. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and exercise of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to effectively interact and/or work with other members of the Law Department and business partners within the Company, such as Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Health Care Compliance. Proficiency in Word, Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, One Note, One Drive and Outlook is required. Familiarity with copy approval and document management systems is preferred.

**Administrative duties would include:**


+ Monitoring telephone calls and messages
+ Creating and maintaining calendar appointments with a high level of complexity
+ Organizing travel plans
+ Processing expense reimbursements
+ Receiving and directing visitors
+ Scanning documents
+ Handling incoming and outgoing mail
+ Maintaining supplies
+ Providing backup coverage to other administrative desks.
+ Document and data management using the client's software systems
+ Organizing internal meetings and conferences
+ Supporting lawyers with use of technology and software programs.
**Qualifications:**


+ Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelor s degree and Paralegal Certificate is **strongly preferred** .
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in an office support environment is **required**
+ Prior experience in a corporate law department, law firm or with legal documents is **required**
+ Experience with iManage or other document management platforms and Workshare or other document comparison software **preferred** .
+ Proficiency in Word, Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, One Note, One Drive and Outlook is **required** .
+ Familiarity with copy approval and document management systems is **preferred** .
