**Great Opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant in Levittown, Pa**

A leading pharmaceutical company is in search of an experienced Administrative Assistant in Levittown, Pa. The candidate will be the first face of the organization of the company. The Administrative Assistant will serve as the initial point of contact, answering phones and greeting visitors. As the Administrative Assistant you will organize files, create correspondence, prepare reports and documents, manage calendars to schedule appointments, sort mail, prepare invoices and offer general staff support. You will play a pivotal role in the event planning and meeting setup and implementation. You will also, make travel arrangements and generate itineraries. Lastly, the Administrative Assistant will assist with other individuals from a wide variety of levels, from clients to corporate CEOs.

**Your typical day:**

+ Provides administrative support to management (CEO, GM, etc.) and HR teams.

+ Arrange travel, schedule appointments/meetings and maintaining calendars, manage reimbursements, purchase supplies, and communicate information to employees and management.

+ Assists the finance department with maintaining financial records including expense reports.

+ Manage receptionist duties including, answering phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail and assisting visitors.

+ Reviews, maintains, and updates site performance metrics.

+ Maintains an organized filing system, both electronically and physically.

+ Plans and carries out site events/celebrations.

**You will be a great fit if you possess the following:**

+ Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Word required.

+ Prior experience in a coordinator role preferred.

+ Experience using SAP.

+ High school diploma

**Additional Information:**

+ Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m.-5:00 p.m.

+ Pay Rate: $30.00 per hr.

+ This is a long-term Temporary position.

+ This is an In-Person position.
