Description Kelly Services is seeking candidates for an **administrative assistant** opportunity with an industry leading, Fortune 500, global, chemical manufacturing company in **Marlborough, MA.**


+ Provide administrative support to department leadership + additional department personnel.
+ High proficiency with multiple computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and able to learn additional software applications.
+ Monitor multiple department functional mailboxes.
+ Work within SAP system daily
+ Handle and submit quarterly reports to customers.
+ Order materials and supplies for the department
+ Scheduling of meetings and other events
+ Support meetings by writing minutes; host for guest on-site

+ A minimum of 4 to 6 years of previous experience in an office professional/administrative role.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Organized self-starter who exhibits good judgment and the flexibility to adapt to priority changes and demands.
+ Good interpersonal skills. Candidate must be able to work in a global environment and effectively interact with various levels of management.
+ Demonstrate strong logical thinking --- excellent technical skills.
+ Positive attitude with an open-minded approach to learning.
+ Tact, diplomacy and ability to maintain confidential information is essential.
+ SAP experience preferred
