Kelly Services is seeking candidates for a full time Administrative Assistant role with an industry leading, Fortune 500, global, chemical manufacturing company in Midland, MI.

Key Responsibilities

+ Independently manage many calendar conflicts, schedule difficult meetings using multiple time zones and calendar discretion & Schedule highly confidential meetings.
+ Coordinate global & Domestic travel through Cliqbook/Concur &/or BCD

+ Arrange for transportation from/to the airport and to/from the hotel to the office

+ Sometimes need to book hotels online or over phone.
+ Complete and submit Expense reports using the Expense Reporting System
+ Complete Work Orders
+ Update the Global Address List
+ Order Guest Wireless for Internet access for visitors
+ Complete Visitor information forms. Including foreign national forms (A or B) to be completed for Foreign Nationals visiting. Fill form out, have it signed, scan it and email it to the proper places.
+ For large meetings check conference room ahead of meeting to make sure everything is working properly and arranged nicely
+ Order lunch for meetings, pick food up if needed and take to conference room, clean-up afterwards
+ Assist with File Share Access for new employees, back up to lead admin
+ Assist with SharePoint Access for new employees, back up to lead admin
+ Equipment returns for contractors &/or individuals who have left the company and off-board them in system
+ Complete project requests as assigned
+ Review supplies and submit supply needs to administrative support who orders supplies for the building
+ Back up support to lead administrative support.

+ 2-3 years of precious office professional experience.
+ Must work independently Interact with a wide range of people – A lot of Global team interaction
+ Organized and Detail oriented
+ Can work in a fast paced environment
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Outlook/Excel/Powerpoint is a plus
+ Ability to handle confidential information
+ Strong communication skills
+ Dependable
