Administrative Assistant - Regulatory Affairs Group

Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM ; $15 per hour

As long as 6 month Temporary Assignment

Job Summary:

Our State Licensing team is seeking a highly organized, hardworking and self-motivated Administrative Clerk to support its activities. He or she needs to have superb time management and organization skills. The candidate will need to be comfortable with general office operations, including electronic correspondence, filing, typing reports and distributing mail. Our Administrative Clerk is one of the faces of our team, and therefore should have good people and communication skills in order to best work with our internal and external stakeholder. Because we are always seeking ways to better serve the 7B to 1, we also hope that our Administrative Clerk will help us identify ways we can be more effective and efficient by contributing fresh ideas for improvement.

Administrative Clerk Responsibilities:

- Handle office interactions with internal and external stakeholders. This includes answering

phone inquiries and handling requests or complaints in a professional manner.

- Occasionally travel outside of RA to deliver files and reports to various departments within the

organization (GBR)

- Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format - examples of some duties, not

all inclusive -

* Printing, scanning and saving documents

* Preparing Fed-ex envelopes

* Maintaining and tracking in excel

* Check Requests

* Assisting with state reporting requirements

* Assisting with renewals

* Coordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings, distribute

reports and keep all parties informed of general business operations

* Operate and maintain office machinery, including copiers, fax machines and printers

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalency required. Associate-s or bachelor-s degree preferred

- Good organization, scheduling and time management skills

- Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting preferred

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Acrobat Professional, Excel, Word.

- Excellent communication skills
