Description Kelly Services is hiring an Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Miami FL!

Start Date: 4/2/2017

End Date: 5/11/2018

Schedule: Must be available 8a-5p Monday-Friday

Summary:

Provides administrative support primarily to President, Global Specialty and secondarily to other executives listed above. Provide occasional administrative assistance to other team members as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: establish appointment priorities, schedule meetings, calls, travel, etc., resolve calendar conflicts

• Schedule meetings which may include scheduling conference rooms, coordinating technology needs (A/V), preparing routine meeting materials and ordering refreshments/catering

• Coordinate travel arrangements (mainly domestic)

• Process expenses including travel reimbursement, invoice payments, etc.

• Type and proof presentations/letters/documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Send group email communications to teams/departments as needed

• Compile routine reports, statistics, tables, charts from available information

• Format and print documents as needed

• Screen and prioritize incoming calls, respond to inquiries

Qualifications/Requirements

• 2-4 years administrative support or other relevant experience required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow though

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information/documents

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote

• Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher is desired but not necessary

Previous experience working with client required

Education:

•High School Diploma or Equivalent
