Kelly Services is happy to present a long term engagement for a Project Coordinator with one of our top clients in New Brunswick, NJ.

Term: Long term (1+ years)

Pay rate range: $32-$38/hour + benefits (eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and PTO. etc.)

Position will require the individual be on site in New Brunswick at least 3 days per week.

Will support three Directors on the Enterprise Communication & Engagement team, and a team of 25

+ Communicate with internal and external partners, including senior level executives, in a clear, efficient and professional manner

+ Coordinate meetings and agendas using MS Teams, Zoom

+ Manage meetings and oversee workflow of projects

+ Manage project management/ feedback system

+ Compile info needed to submit monthly reports

+ Manage the External Engagement Communications budget by handling task orders, contract administration, purchase orders and invoices and see through from open to close

+ Pull distribution lists for large email campaigns, serve as traffic manager for requests coming into email marketing site to ensure no overlaps on requests


+ Bachelor's Degree preferred.

+ A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience supporting in a business setting is required. Prior J&J experience a plus.


+ Project management experience

+ Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple calendars

+ Computer skills and experience with enterprise systems including Microsoft Office, Concur, Ariba, eMarketplace, Zoom, Teams, etc. Demonstrated proficiency with productivity tools and portal technology, including WebEx and SharePoint sites.

+ Required to exercise sound judgment and discretion, assess and resolve complex situations with minimal supervision and shift priorities as the need arises

+ Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Handle confidential information in a professional and discrete manner

+ Must demonstrate flexibility, while maintaining a sense of urgency

+ Generate new ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of communications programs and processes

+ Position may require coordination of and attendance at events outside normal business hours
