Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a food manufacturing company in Swedesboro, NJ.

This is a direct hire opportunity!

The ideal candidate will have 3+ yrs. experience as an Administrative Assistant or HR Assistant, in a fast pace production or manufacturing environment. Additionally, excellent MS Office skills and some experience with QuickBooks.

Location: Swedesboro, NJ

Hours: 8 am - 5 pm (Mon. - Fri.)


Duration: Direct Hire

Administrative Assistant Duties:

- Work directly with head of Human Resources

- Data input onto Excel spreadsheets; creating spreadsheets

- Answering phones and some filing

- Provide administrative support to head of Human Resources

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

- Must have 2+yrs. as an Administrative or HR Assistant exp.

- Must have experience working in a fast pace environment

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must have strong MS Office skills

- Some experience with QuickBooks a MUST
