**This is a Direct Hire role with our Kelly OCG department (Outsource Consulting Group). You will be employed by Kelly, receiving Kellys health benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, PTO, Holidays, sick time, etc.**



**Job Title:** Regional Business Coordinator



**Pay Rate:** $20/hour



**Hours:** 10:00am-6:30pm



**Location:** 999 W Big Beaver Rd, Troy, MI 48084, Lindsey building



**Job Summary:** The scope will encompass the responsibilities of the Regional Business Coordinator to establish and maintain a support system for structuring priorities necessary to the Regional Business Directors. You will be responsible for performing diversified clerical and administrative duties and responsibilities in support of the Region Business Directors (RBD) and the field sales organization.




+ Perform general administrative tasks

+ Scheduling interviews

+ Planning/Coordinating Small & Large Meetings

+ Travel Coordination

+ Records retention

+ Word processing

+ Data Entry

+ Phone support

+ Updating rosters

+ To provide support for Impacts facilitation and business development activities

+ To provide outstanding levels of customer service to both internal and external clients

+ Clerical and administrative duties and responsibilities in support of four Region Business Directors (RBD) and their field sales organization.

+ Interact with various levels of management on a day-to-day basis, handling very confidential documents and materials.

+ Balance the necessity of managing the calendar tightly while establishing a friendly, accessible atmosphere with peers, within the organization, and outside of it as well.

+ Will require the individual to take initiative, use discretion and judgment as related to confidential matters and problems regarding project, department or division-related work, and update the manager on status.



**Qualifications**




+ **Bachelor's degree (min) required**

+ 2-3 years related experience in Office Administration

+ 1-3 years related experience in Customer Service

+ High level experience with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Word

+ High level sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism

+ Demonstrated proficiency with productivity tools and portal technologies (i.e. OurSource, LiveMeeting, Global Connect, SharePoint sites) is required.

+ Experience working with Ariba (or related accounts payable system), Aravo & Totality is preferred

+ Highly organized

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment

+ Excellent keyboarding/data entry skills (speed and accuracy)

+ Self-starter and able to work in an unsupervised environment

+ Excellent customer service and people skills

+ Attention to detail

+ Adhere to KellyOCG dress code



**Benefits:**

You and your qualified family members will be eligible to purchase a choice of medical plans including dental and vision coverage. You will also be eligible to purchase life insurance along with disability coverage from multiple packages. You will receive additional information regarding benefit options from our benefits department. The enrollment period is within the initial 30 days of your start date.



As for the 401K. The RBC employees are eligible for 401K. It is not matched, by Kelly. Contract employees are eligible to participate in a 401K plan, but Kelly Services, Inc., does not offer a match. Once on assignment, candidates will be able to reach out to Benefits for more info.



You will be eligible annually for 10 days of vacation, 5 sick days and holiday pay commensurate with the customers published holiday schedule which will be provided to you. PTO is prorated based on the date of hire.



Parking is free. Its considered open parking, no garage.
