long term temporary assignment through Kelly Services.

Pay is $13.00 - $14.00/hr

Manage front office and support all staff members. Assure that all guests and callers are handled professionally and with excellent customer service. Assure that all public spaces (reception, training and meeting rooms) are prepared for guests. Manage communication with the building owners assuring that the property and grounds are kept in good repair. This includes managing the office janitorial needs by working with janitorial vendors. Source, assemble, distribute and maintain inventories of sales and marketing materials. Coordinate office events such as staff meetings, open house, special business meetings and staff birthday celebrations. Process incoming invoices using internal software and ensuring timely payment to vendors. Purchase, replenish and maintain office supplies and equipment. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests from various departments; exploring opportunities to add value to the organization. Assist in other duties as directed to fully support all staff members.
