**Job Description**

Admin Assistant responsibilities include: Responsible for providing analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve and assist executive and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Manages coordination and calendar scheduling of meetings, conference calls, off-site events, catering and travel arrangements. Prioritizes responsibilities while managing multiple projects. Collects, prepares and reconciles information for reports. Fosters and maintains strong working relationships within all levels of the company, outside vendors and contacts. Maintains high level of customer satisfaction. Distributes schedules, agendas, meeting minutes and other materials upon request.


Very good analytical and problem solving skills are required. Strong skills in computer applications (MS Office, Word, Excel, Project) are required. Great interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills are required.

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to follow instructions and work well in a team environment. Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Medical Product industry is preferred. Excellent customer service skills are required. Familiarity with system design, computer operations, disaster recovery, data security and program change control is preferred and must have the ability to formulate and express ideas relating to difficult and highly technical concepts. Must possess good planning, decision making and judgement skills.


This is a temporary position to 4/24/2020 or longer.

Pay rate is $37.00 an hour

Monday - Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
