Long-term temporary opportunity to support the Demand Planning Team of a national grocery distributor located in Keene, NH. In this role, you will use your strong client focus and decision making abilities to support movement of allocations of products.


**Your responsibilities will include:**


+ Assisting with allocation management, as well as support tasks including internal and external reporting.

+ Maintaining constant communication flow to team lead, internal and external clients.

+ This position will at times require independent decision-making around proper handling of allocations.

+ Update and maintain allocations in the legacy mainframe system, or via customer communication in their own system

+ Monitoring inventory levels and release dates for allocations in the legacy mainframe system, as well as reporting updates and changes to the business

+ Adjust, cancel, and expedite the allocations as directed by the customer, buyers and demand planners

+ Run, manipulate, and distribute a variety of reports for internal and external use.


**We are looking for candidates with:**


+ Excellent customer service and communication skills

+ Outstanding attention to detail

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing atmosphere

+ Strong computer skills, including basic MS Excel

+ High school diploma or GED


**Hours** : Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm

This role will train on-site in Keene and will be remote until offices re-open normally
