**Job Description**

Assist high profile 403(b) and 457(b) plan sponsors, process retirement plan contributions and refunds, handle insufficient funds and checks rejected by the bank, analyze data, respond to customer inquiries verbally and in writing, manage plan and investment company remittance files, balance daily wire activity, and debit customer bank accounts.


Ability to grasp technical systems and procedures quickly

Outstanding customer service and communication skills

Excellent and advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Attentive to details and excellent quality

Retirement plan experience

Analytical skills, combined with strong business writing abilities

Knowledge of AWD and Relius Administration Systems are a plus
