How about this one?** Were seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to work at one of the largest commercial baking companies in Albany, NY. With us, its all about finding the job thats just right.


**Pay Rate:** $21.75per hour


**Hours** : Monday Friday 8:00am-4:30pm


**Whats a typical day as an Administrative Assistant** ?


+ Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for assigned area.

+ Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls. Receive and direct visitors and clients.

+ General clerical duties.

+ Handle requests for information and data.

+ Resolve administrative problems and inquiries. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as needed.

+ Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules.

+ Maintain office supply inventories.

+ Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.

+ Other duties and/or projects as assigned.


**Requirements**


+ High school Diploma or Equivalent.

+ Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.

+ Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.

+ Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.

+ Communication skills - written and verbal.

+ Strong computer skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software/applications. Planning and organizing.

+ Prioritizing, Specialized Skills

+ Attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Flexible schedule
