Today, we are proud to offer a temporary contract for an **Administrative Assistant** position for a well-known medical device company in **West Chester, PA** .

**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant

**Location:** West Chester, PA 19380

**Pay Rate:** $30.25/hr

**Shift:** Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

**Length of Assignment:** 4-6 weeks or as needed during their hiring process for a perm Admin

**Job Summary:** You will support 3 - 5 attorneys with travel arrangements in addition to other administrative functions.

**Responsibilities:**


+ Handle all administrative and secretarial support for the department.
+ Make appointments, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements and may coordinate activities between departments and outside parties.
+ Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate person or group.
+ Sort, distribute and open mail to facilitate the flow of paperwork in a timely manner.
+ May compose, prepare, edit and proofread letters, reports and other correspondence for signature.
+ Keep organized records and maintain department files.
+ Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one’s job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
+ Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**


+ High School diploma or GED required.
+ 3 to 5 years secretarial/administrative experience
+ Excellent organization and communication skills, written and verbal
+ **Experienced with Concur, Ariba, SAP, as well as MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Office 365.**
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple diverse activities
+ Required to work both independently and within a team structure
+ Maintain confidentiality
