Kelly Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a busy Commercial Real Estate company in Winter Garden, FL.


Pay rate- $16-$18/hour DOE


Summary: Seeking a motivated, talented Assistant to elevate the work of two unique entrepreneurial principals of a fast-paced organization. A quick learner, the successful candidate brings a balance of confidence without being arrogant, organized without being rigid, empathetic without being a pushover, and the ability to work independently on projects and collaboratively on goals. This emotionally intelligent individual is a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about anticipating and meeting the needs of others.


Reports To: Two company principals -


Duties include, but are not limited to:


+ Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the principals time through careful calendar management, planning of work hours, and prioritization of projects and tasks.

+ Communicate on behalf of the principals, clearly and accurately articulate instructions, concerns, or perspectives.

+ Serve as gatekeeper, route phone calls, handle signature needs, and requests for information and time.

+ Manage email communication; meeting agendas, follow-up, and deadlines; and drafting/editing of a wide variety of documents.

+ Coordinate travel.

+ Handle the oversight of large and small projects.

+ Other duties as assigned, including a limited amount of appropriate personal tasks.


Desired skills and characteristics:


+ Excellent written and verbal communicator with outstanding grammar skills.

+ Confident, independent thinker who demonstrates sound judgment and proposes solutions rather than simply drawing attention to problems.

+ Innate ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.

+ An assertive driver of projects and decisions. Prior experience in an entrepreneurial organization is a plus.


Qualifications:


+ Bachelor s degree.

+ Three 3 years minimum executive support experience.

+ Experienced in project management with organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

+ Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and nuances of online marketing.


Schedule- Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm. (32 hours)
