Receives and handles incoming communications from internal and external customers to determine the best possible solution(s) to customer-s disputes. Regular maintenance of work queues with verification of accounts completed prior to deadline. This position involves communicating with various individuals and departments within the company to insure compliance is the top priority. This position will also be responsible for maintaining various work queues to insure accounts are placed in the appropriate status. This position will work to create and maintain audits, policy and procedures, and training to insure credit bureau reporting is compliant with Federal Guidelines.

This is a performance driven position: Fully understands all aspects of the position - equipment, software, processes, procedures, and methods. Plans and organizes work to meet deadlines; focuses on priorities; documents processes and shares with other team members.


Displays good listening, verbal, written, and teamwork skills. Consistently completes work on time, produces expected volume of work, takes full and complete ownership for work and behavior, actively works to add value while reducing expense.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple changing priorities. A strong knowledge and use of all MS Office applications and proven organizational skills is recommended. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to suggest policy improvements to aid management in eliminating waste.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combinations of education and experience required.


This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, and a long term assignment with the potential to be hired on by the client within 6 months to a year. Also, as long as attendance and performance are meeting clients expectations, these employees will have the option to work from home over time.
