**Job Title:** Administrative Clerk

**Location:** Bridgewater, NJ 08807

**Shift:** M-F 8am-5pm (onsite)

**Pay Rate:** $18-20/hr

**Length of Assignment:** thru the end of Dec (medical leave coverage)

**Summary:** The Financial Clerk is an integral part of the Travel Expense function supporting the Concur system. The role will be responsible for the management and administration of all functional aspects of travel and expense reimbursement including company credit card administration and expense reimbursement system administration. The individual will be a key contributor in the continued movement towards the creation of more prompt, useful, and consolidated reporting.


+ Audit Travel Expense expense reports and review receipts based on the Corporate Travel Policy and guidelines.

+ Reject or approve the expense reports and inform employees of the reasons for the rejections.

+ Process applications for the Corporate Travel Card, Purchasing Cards, Meeting Cards

+ Provide support to employees on technical questions relating to the expense reporting system.

+ Provide guidance to employees on both expense reporting process and the Global Travel Policy

+ Review and resolve any Corporate Credit Card, Meeting Card, P-Card account issues such as credit balances, delinquencies, and account variances etc. including performing ad-hoc account reconciliations.

+ Provide ad-hoc reporting requests to Auditors, Corporate Finance or other internal or external partners.

+ Perform Month-end Close processes for Purchasing Cards and Meeting Cards

+ Draft SOPs and create flowcharts to document department procedures

+ This position deals with highly sensitive and confidential information.


+ Minimum of a High School Diploma required

+ Must be detail-oriented and organized

+ Advanced Excel user

+ Experience with Concur preferred

+ Audit experience a plus

+ Excellent verbal and writing skills required

+ Outstanding customer service and service orientation

+ Process mindset with focus on continuous improvement

+ Understanding of importance of internal controls and segregation of duties
