Kelly Services is currently seeking a few Administrative Coordinator for one of our top clients in La Vergne, TN 37086


Pay Rate: $17.00 Hourly


Schedule: Monday through Friday.


Training 8-5 (Schedules 9am 6pm and 10pm - 7pm)


Duration: 6+ months plus


Location: On Site La Vergne, TN area.


**Provide Business Support Functions, including** responding to specific business and functional needs of their respective work group(s) and executing work according to guidance.


**Job Functions:**


+ Work with direct supervisor and each of the identified Specialty operations managers to understand the Specialty Solutions business structure and general overview of functional areas.

+ Attend project planning and implementation meetings with or on behalf of the Program/Project Management Manager

+ Support the planning and execution of key projects for Customer Support Services.

+ Assist in efforts to drive process simplification and process efficiency, as well as implementation of enabling tools that support that effort.

+ Work with project sponsors to facilitate ongoing and new process improvement projects for sales, customer service and warehouse operations.

+ Participate in the identification and resolution of issues identified during deployment of new processes/systems.

+ Assist in the planning and execution activities to support strategic objectives to improve the customer experience, increase selling time for the sales team and improve the mix of products sold.

+ Other duties/projects upon request


**Requirements:**


Office/clerical **/** multi-skilled individual contributor role


+ Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments

+ In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty customer support area

+ Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently

+ May modify processes to resolve situations

+ Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments

+ May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members


**Qualifications** :


+ Strong communication and analytical skills

+ Ability to properly utilize all computer systems including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, Software Packages, and telephone software.

+ Established work ethic and ambition

+ Extensive community service and/or extracurricular activities

+ Process and results orientation

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States
